White Flowered Crown Beeb Face Mug

This hand built mug was made from porcelain clay, with colored porcelain vines around the vintage molded face. The interior is a mottled pink/brown. The exterior a creamy blush of raw clay  with visible soda ash streaks near the face. The three fingered handle has a streak of the interior glaze. The foot is decorated with a wormy green rice paper decal. Fired in a noborigama wood kiln.

Food, and microwave safe- recommended hand washing to prolong life of delicate flower petals.
